This is a request to book a custom tattoo appointment with Thea. Please fill out all required fields and be as detailed as you possibly can. All requests for appointment require final approval. If approved you will be reached out to by Thea and at that point a deposit will be required. Deposits vary depending on final tattoo quote. Please allow up to 48hrs for a response!
